VG Rentals was founded in 2013 for the purpose of working together to revitalize Downtown Auburn to improve the community. To date, VG Rentals has invested over 5 million dollars to renovate three historic buildings on Genesee Street. The buildings are located within walking distance to downtown restaurants, banks, and the sought after Wegmans grocery and pharmacy. Owasco, Skaneateles, and Cayuga Lakes are within 15 minutes driving distance from the downtown Auburn which gives these new properties a unique city lifestyle appeal that has not typically been available to the local community.
